The selection of precious stones and their subsequent setting takes place in the laboratories within the STEFANO RICCI headquarters in Fiesole, Italy. Following a tradition dating back to the time of Benvenuto Cellini and the age-old knowledge of stone-setting, the SR master goldsmiths have created a composition of carefully selected diamonds that are set along the eight sides of the watch case. These fundamental parts of the case are represented by the octagonal bezel and by the eight individual trapezoidal elements which complete the design. Each model features an exquisite version produced in a limited edition of just 10 pieces. The gemstones and the setting are hand-picked by the ateliers of STEFANO RICCI in Fiesole. The master goldsmiths create a unique composition of diamonds distributed on the parts of the watch, including the octagonal bezel, the eight trapezoid-section elements, and the buckle, which is also octagonal. The princess cut makes for highly faceted diamonds that display exceptional luminosity and brilliance.
