CANDIDATE DATA PROCESSING STATEMENT
STATEMENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 AND 14 OF EU REG. 2016/679
The company Stefano Ricci S.p.A. – registered office in Via Faentina 171, Fiesole (FI), Italy – (hereafter “the Company” or “SR”), in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with articles 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereafter “GDPR” or “Applicable Privacy Regulation”), wishes to inform you of the following.

Data source
Your personal data (name, surname, date and place of birth, nationality, residence and domiciled address, email address and mobile telephone number), languages spoken, IT skills, Application Location Interest, CV, cover letter, profile photo and LinkedIn profile address have been acquired directly from you.

Purpose of the processing
The processing of your personal data is geared towards fulfilling the direct procedures for selecting new employees or co-workers.

Methods used for processing and period of conservation
The processing is carried out, amongst others, using computerised and automated means. It may consist of any of the operations indicated under article 4, point 2 of the GDPR, with the exception of disclosure. Within the framework of activities conducted to process your personal data, the latter may be made known to persons authorised to conduct the processing by SR, who will be given specific instructions to this end. The processing will be conducted solely for the amount of time needed to fulfil selection of new employees or co-workers as per paragraph 2, and may in any case only be kept by the Company for a maximum of 12 months.

Particular data categories
Data belonging to particular data categories, as per article 9 of the GDPR, and which may have been supplied by the candidate, shall not be taken into account and will be cancelled with immediate effect. If the party concerned feels it is necessary to communicate this type of data because it is relevant for the purposes of the application (e.g. hiring staff members from the so-called protected categories), he or she is kindly requested to authorise SR to process said data, including the appropriate authorisation at the foot of the Curriculum Vitae.

Obligatory or optional nature of the data provision
Provision of your personal data is optional. The partial or total refusal to provide the data shall render it impossible to participate in the aforementioned selection procedures.

Communication, circulation, and transfer of data abroad.
Insofar as it is necessary and/or instrumental for fulfilling the above purposes, your data may be processed on behalf of the Company by external parties acting as Data Supervisors. Your personal data may be communicated to other Companies in the Group and partners for the purposes of recruitment. Moreover, solely where your consent has been given, your data may be transferred to companies belonging to the Stefano Ricci Group located outside of the European Economic Area. Your data shall not be circulated in any way.

Data Protection Officer and rights of the party concerned.
You shall be entitled to exercise the rights detailed under Chapter III, Articles 15 and following articles of the GDPR acknowledged by law in your capacity as candidate (e.g. receiving confirmation of the existence or otherwise of processing which is underway, obtaining the rectification and cancellation of personal data processed unlawfully, oppose processing for legitimate reasons etc.), by sending a communication to the Data Protection Officer of the Company to the following address: dpo@stefanoricci.com. The Company also wishes to remind you that you can always exercise your right to submit a complaint to the Regulatory Body for Personal Data Protection.
